NANROBOT Warranty: 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects from receipt of the product. The NANROBOT support team is available for any questions.
Claim process:
- Provide clear photos/videos of the defect with a short description via email.
- After confirmation of a manufacturing defect, replacement parts will be sent (provided once during the warranty period).
